A Handwritten Note - Because The Pen Is Mightier Than The Sword

I am very sorry to those who cannot read my writing. I did do my best to make sure it was legible.

  1. Love this! I can write neatly when I want, but when I'm in a hurry, it is messy city!

But I write a lot of my stuff longhand because my brain just works that way. :)

  2. Thank you. I'm the same.

It also really depends on my mood. Scribbling means I'm mad!

  3. Kamille, I write a ton of my stuff longhand. Some I never even go back and read. There is just something special about the feel of a pen across the smoothness of paper. Not to mention, I love the scent of clean paper!

I think your handwriting is whimsical, at least that's the first word that popped into my brain when I read it. Curvy and floral w/ a slight bit of sassy. :))

Thanks for your recent comments on my blog. It meant a lot to me to have your support!!!

  4. You may feel the need to apologize for your handwriting, but I think it is quite pretty--and it is HEAPS more legible than mine! (Haha.)

I am very pro-longhand myself. In fact, I write all of my first drafts this way! Something about handwriting keeps me from being a debilitating perfectionist while writing--after all, I don't need that side of me to come out until revisions. ;)

  5. @ Candy Fite: I sniff paper before I buy it. It's gotten me lots of weird looks to be fair.

Thanks! It does change quite a bit though.

No problem and your welcome. I'm sorry about that btw.

@ Heather H.: It took me a while to write that out. And I tried really hard to avoid spelling mistakes! I understand what you mean. When I use Word, I go through 100 different sentences before I find the right one.

  6. I think your handwriting is very neat! Maybe I should follow your example! ...Although I doubt anyone could read it :P

  7. Thank you!

That's not a problem! I don't think the novelty of handwriting is how legible it is but how unique it is for some.

I would love to see what other people's writing looks like!
